Franklin's proven approach is expanding the tech talent pool with diverse, passionate individuals

Franklin develops new apprenticeship programs based on industry-demand and labor market
data which identifies skills gaps that need to be filled. Our programs help employers build a
sustainable pool of talent, while supporting individuals to launch rewarding, life-long careers
full of growth potential.
