Our proven apprenticeship model produces apprentice candidates who are pre-qualified and ready to interview for apprenticeship and other entry-level
employment opportunities in the tech industry.
We find lifelong learners with an affinity for tech. No prior IT experience or tech training is required.
Through a scientific assessment and our virtual foundational training program, we help candidates decide if a career in tech is the best path for them and support them to become job ready.
Our talent solutions team supports job ready candidates to interview with Franklin Employers; about half are matched as apprentices while others find jobs independently.
Our Professional Success Coaches guide apprentices and their employers through the structured, on the job training program.
Our apprentices add value from day one and become more productive every day as they earn qualifications which are registered with the Department of Labor.
